What's in the range
The core range includes: standing adult figures, hugging family figures, cuddling couple figures, "just the two of us" figures on wooden sofa benches, kneeling parents with babies, and full family combinations on engraved wooden bases. Add-on figures include children (multiple ages), teenagers, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, dog and cat angel figures (in memoriam), and pets-on-the-bench variations.
How it works as an anniversary gift
The wooden display block is laser-engraved with your specific year — '5 Years', '10 Years', '23 Years' — and the year you got married. Most customers order their first 'We Made a Family' for a milestone year, then add new figurines (a new baby, a new pet) at later anniversaries. The base block can be re-engraved when you reach 25, 50, or any meaningful number.
What it's made of
Every figure is cast from 100% pure tin — the traditional 10th anniversary material — by hand in our Cornwall workshop. The wooden display block is solid timber, laser-engraved by the same team. Each figure has the slight variation that comes from hand-finishing.
