Every anniversary gift on this site is handmade individually in our Cornwall workshop. We aim to make and dispatch your order within 2 business days of payment. In busy periods around major gift-giving occasions, that can occasionally stretch a little — if your order is time-sensitive, please add a note at checkout and we'll prioritise it.

UK delivery

Royal Mail First Class — usually 1–3 working days from dispatch (longer in peak periods, up to 15 working days in the busiest weeks of the year). Free UK delivery on orders over £40. Faster courier options available at checkout.

Europe

Standard international shipping — 5–15 working days from dispatch.

United States & Canada

We hold a selection of stock items in a US warehouse for fast delivery — 2 working days when your item is in stock there. Items that are personalised or made-to-order ship from our UK workshop and take 5–15 working days.

Africa & Asia

Standard international shipping — 5–15 working days from dispatch.

Australia

Standard international shipping — 7–15 working days from dispatch.

Tracking

You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
