We want you to love every gift you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
14-day returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any item that is unused and in its original condition. Simply contact us within that window and we'll arrange the return.
How to return an item
- Email shipping@kfonline.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and our workshop address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back to us. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Personalised & custom items
Items that have been personalised or made to your specific requirements (for example with names, dates, or a custom family configuration) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Send a photo of the damage to shipping@kfonline.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return postage
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving your return. The money will be returned to the card or payment method used at checkout.
